Application Process for 2018-2019 School Year

1. Click on this link to access the online application.
2. Create an Infosnap account.
3. Complete the online application and submit your information.
4. Call the PACT Academy office at 916-419-3788 x100 to schedule a tour and time to drop off your supplemental paperwork. Please complete this task within one week of submitting your application online. This process takes approximately 15 minutes but occurs on a first-come, first-served basis.
   1. Copy of current Utility Bill - SMUD, PG&E, City of Sacramento, or equivalent if you live outside of Sacramento
   2. Copy of Immunization Record
   3. Copy of Birth Certificate or Guardianship Document
   4. Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)
   5. Notarized Affidavit of Residency (if applicable)
   6. Supplemental Project X Application (for 7th grade only- will be waitlisted)
5. Complete the online NCS Application Survey (Optional)

After you complete your intake meeting at the PACT school site you will receive another email with our Registration Packet, that includes emergency contacts and health information. Each student needs a brand new Registration Packet each year before attending workshops and or advising meetings.
